An all-in-one class designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, tone muscles, and increase speed endurance, strength and power. We use everything from dumbbells, slam balls, resistance bands, kettle bells, bags and gloves, tires, sprinting bands, plyo- boxes, battle ropes, and more! Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels.
